The residences at The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino are a collection of fully equipped condominium resort apartments for sale in the heart of The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino.

Each apartment consists of a family suite connected to a deluxe room and part of the existing The Westin collection of rooms and suites. All apartments are laid out on a 120 square meter area on one floor and consist of two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living and dining room, a toilet and spacious covered verandas. While all apartments are similar in size, floor plan and interior, there are various options available with regard to the floor and the view.

Owners can use their apartments themselves eight weeks a year, while enjoying access to all of the resort’s facilities, facilities and experiences, including the 18-hole Costa Navarino golf courses, The Dunes Course and The Bay Course. At the same time, they receive an annual income if they bring their apartment into the resort’s rental pool as part of a fully managed, mandatory 18-year rental program when they are not using it themselves.

The rental program provides for a fixed annual income of 4 percent of the purchase price (net, before taxes) for the first 5 years. For the remaining 13 years of the lease, the income is based on a 50/50 split system between the owner and the operator.
