2 cups Kalamon Olives, preferably Navarino Icons Kalamon Olives in extra virgin olive oil , drained and pitted
2 anchovies
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. drained capers
1 tbsp. Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, pepper
pita bread
Blend first four ingredients in a food processor to form a smooth paste. Gradually add olive oil, stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small serving bowl and serve with pita bread wedges.
