AEGEAN Airlines and Costa Navarino are set to welcome the most important golf tournament in the destination’s golfing calendar, from 14th to 17th September 2022. The 1st ever Aegean- Messinia ProAm will take place across three Costa Navarino’s signature 18-hole golf courses – The Dunes Course, the world’s first International Olympic Academy Golf Course and The Hills Course at Navarino Hills.
The golf tournament will welcome 75 participating teams in total, and professionals will be competing for a 70.000 euros prize fund.

The 5th Messinia ProAm will return to Costa Navarino from 24 to 27 November 2021 for the first time on 3 courses, The Dunes Course and The Bay Course, and for the first time in one of the two new golf courses designed by José María Olazábal at Navarino Hills.
The 5th edition of the tournament will welcome 75 participating teams in total, and professionals will be competing for a 50.000 euros prize fund.

The award-winning Navarino Challenge will enter its 8th year with a vast array of sports activities among which a half marathon at Voidokilia beach, swim in the picturesque Bay of Navarino, aqua aerobic, pilates, basketball, biking, climbing, taekwondo, tennis, baby swimming and many more. Led by the Greek-American ultra-marathon runner Dean Karnazes and joined by Olympic medalists and prominent athletes, the non-competitive event aims to raise awareness about the benefits of healthy living, exercise and the Mediterranean diet as well as the issue of childhood obesity.

The New York Times will return to Costa Navarino for their 4th discussion forum on Democracy, in the framework of the Athens Democracy Forum. This year the topic will revolve around books, in connection to Athens being named UNESCO World Book Capital 2018. The two acrobats share a strong educational background in gymnastics, acrobatics and circus performance.
